2. Collection of personal data

Gusto Del Sole Ltd only maintains data of our customers, our staff, our suppliers and visitors to our website.

So anyone who ever asked for a quote or made an order with Gusto Del Sole Ltd automatically enters the accounting system, and is considered a customer, and expressly agrees to the general and specific conditions.

We collect your contact details such as your name, first name, address, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, fax number, gender, date of birth, etc. We also keep track of data that we obtain through third parties or from contracts, contact forms, surveys, competitions, promotions, commercial actions, payment details, orders, (online) purchases, etc. For professional customers, suppliers or companies with which we (can) set up a partnership, in addition to the data mentioned above, we also keep track of the company data such as the VAT number or company number, the coordinates of the contact persons of the legal entity (name, function, telephone ...) as well as of the partners and/or the partners in the case.

Gusto Del Sole Ltd will not set up email listings with addresses from email traffic and will not store customer-related data outside the accounting system. Gusto Del Sole Ltd will use the provided email addresses to send electronic quotations, order forms, delivery notes, invoices and extracts from the accounts. Data of minors is not processed by us.

 

3. Use of personal data

In the first place, your data will be used for administrative purposes; to be able to handle the agreement you conclude with us in a correct manner. In this way, for example, we can forward you a digital invoice, arrange the payment of purchased products/services, send a package to the correct address.

Secondly, we use your data to inform you about promotions, for direct marketing or to create profiles. By creating profiles, we can provide you with much more targeted and useful information. For example, to be able to show you a proposal of a product and/or service that we suspect you may be interested in on the basis of the personal data we process. In order to be able to send you relevant emails and mail, newsletters, user information, service messages, or other electronic messages.

Your data is also used for statistical purposes and to improve our services and products. Finally, we use your data in the event of resolution of a possible dispute.

 

4. Security of personal data

Gusto Del Sole Ltd has taken technical and organizational measures to secure your data from the accounting department against unauthorized access and use and against loss or theft. Our security measures are regularly evaluated and adjusted to continue to provide a high level of protection at all times:

  • All persons who may take cognizance of your data on behalf of Gusto Del Sole Ltd are bound to maintain confidentiality;
  • We use a username and password policy on all our systems;
  • We pseudonymize and ensure the encryption of personal data if there is reason to do so;
  • We make backups of the personal data in order to be able to repair it in the event of physical or technical incidents;
  • We regularly test and evaluate our measures;

5. Retention period

Gusto Del Sole Ltd does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. After that, your personal data may be kept for archiving purposes.

If you no longer wish to receive information about our products and services, you can unsubscribe at any time and without motivation. You can do this by following the “unsubscribe” link in our mailing or by contacting us in another - preferably written way.

 

6. Provision to third parties

Gusto Del Sole Ltd never passes on personal data to processors (other parties) than the one with whom we have concluded a processor agreement. Of course, we make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not pass on the data provided to third parties unless this is legally required and/or permitted, such as in the context of a police or judicial investigation.

We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us permission for this. This consent may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing for its revocation.  

Gusto Del Sole Ltd has accounts on social media and can take targeted actions on these social media, but that data is not checked or stored or used by us.

  

7. Your right of access, rectification and deletion

You can also object to the processing of this data and you can withdraw a granted consent for the use of your data. To exercise this right, you must make a clear request to Gusto Del Sole Ltd (Borsbeekstraat 45, 2140 Antwerp) which clearly states what you wish to know, correct or have removed. This request must be signed and dated and include a copy of your identity card. If you wish us to erase your details, we will meet your request as soon as possible and notify you about this. We reserve the right to retain certain of your data for certain purposes.
